May 18, 19, 20, 21 ACEOs
I apologize for the lapse in posting the new ACEOs for my Everyday Art project for such a long time... things have been busy! ... among other things, I've spent lots of time gardening and ripping up ivy and hand-placing several tons of rocks and small boulders around a tree in my front yard to make a rock garden. A back-ache and several smashed fingers later, I am quite happy with the results.
Without much more ado, here are a few ACEOs... I made these in a bit of a hurry, so they are definitely not masterpieces... but maybe they will make you smile.
May 18 ACEO - Princess on the Pea
May 19 ACEO - Princess on the P
May 20 ACEO - Princess P
May 21 ACEO - All this princess wants is peas and quiet.

New items in my Etsy shop!
In case you didn't know, you can purchase some originals, as well as prints of a lot of my art in my Etsy shop.

The "Hair Time" print set has been a big hit - and is available either in the size of 2.5" x 3.5" or slightly larger in 5"x7".
The boy with a sparkler (January ACEO Challenge Winner!)is now also available as an ACEO-sized print.
The images are professionally printed with highest quality inks on Kodak Endura Professional papers. In the ACEO-size (2.5" x 3.5")the paper is glossy, in the 5"x7" size the paper has a linen texture.
If you see a painting you love here on the blog, but don't see it in my Etsy shop, email me at mossyrockdesigns@yahoo.com ...

May 6, 7, 8, 9 ACEOs
I have noticed that there isn't a whole lot of international-adoption-themed art out there. I intend to change this!
May 6 ACEO: Safe in your arms now.
May 7 ACEO: Meeting Momma.
May 8 ACEO: Her treasure.
May 9 ACEO: Hope.

May 1-5 ACEOs
Every child (or most) like to play dress-up. Star wars seems to dominate in our household right now, but kids dressed up as animals are so very cute... I decided to paint a few.

April 28-31 ACEOs
This has been yet another busy week, and I'm still playing catch-up! The sleeping babies are easy and fun to do, so I decided to whip out a few more.
April 28 ACEO
April 29 ACEO - ok, this one is probably creepy to anyone who doesn't like snakes... my thought was that the baby is comfy on the snake in the same way a beanbag chair is comfy.

April 21-23 ACEOs - Botanical Illustrations
I am lagging behind by about a week... the weather has been so gorgeous that I have spent a lot of time "playing" outside in my garden instead of taking time to paint. I let my garden inspire me to make these little botanical illustrations. I am growing all of these plants in my garden.
April 21 ACEO - Bleeding Heart
April 22 ACEO - Japanese Anemone
April 23 ACEO - Columbine
